Anyone can self-refer to the service by contacting us or by registering online.

Group education an
d resource development is a key focus. Funding from the Lottery Grants Board and Nelson Building Society enable us to provide free group sessions for non-profits and schools. Workshops and courses are also available for workplaces and any other interested groups. Find out more here.
